1.0 CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED:

1.1 Notification from Essex County Council of an intended closure of Upper Park Road, due to commence on 7th January 2020 for 3 days. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Essex County Council undertakes carriageway patching.  (Copied to all Councillors, and details placed on the council web-site).

1.2 Notification of the Tendring Heritage Strategy Consultation, which considers all aspects of the historic environment and aims to promote the protection and celebration of the area’s rich history.  A public consultation event is being held in the Council Chamber at Weeley Council Offices on Tuesday 3rd December.  The consultation period will run until Friday 3rd January 2020.
