CORRESPONDENCE REQUIRING ACTION:

2.1 Porridge and Pens would like to use Hurst Green for a Summer Fete Event on Sunday 26th May 2019, from 1pm until 4pm.

2.2 Brightlingsea Food & Drink Festival requests use of the Western Promenade for 22nd to 27th August 2019, with the event taking place on Sunday 23rd – Sunday 25th, as in previous years. (Please note – the Carnival Association have already booked a car boot sale for Bank Holiday Monday 26th August).
