The Colne Medical Centre will be holding a vaccination clinic on Sunday 18th April for patients who received their first vaccine on 29th and 30th January and are now due their second dose.

Text messages have been sent out containing a link to book and our admin team are also calling patients without access to a mobile phone. The vaccine given will be the Astra Zeneca vaccine.

Please note that the clinic is by appointment only and is expected to be very busy. The practice asks that patients do not arrive more than
five minutes early to avoid queuing and walk to the clinic if at all possible to avoid disruption to local roads.

While you wait, please maintain social distancing and wear a mask.
