The final blueprint for a five home development in Brightlingsea has been given the green light.
Tendring District Council (TDC) has granted planning permission for the amended scheme for land north of Samsons Road.
The application by NEEB Holdings Ltd involves five four bedroom detached properties with integral garages.
The site was previously used as a commercial highways depot and has a double gated access onto Samsons Road. The ground has been cleared and has large areas of hard standing.
Brightlingsea Town Council supported the proposal and there were no other letters of representation received. Essex County Council as highways authority had no objections provided certain conditions are met.
