Late night street fair

The feedback has all been really positive  from last Friday.  It would not have been possible to put on without the support of the Council, Carnival and the Councils grounds men who put up all the lights around the town. Thank you also to Mick Barry and the Lido team who did the marshalling for us, some of them being called on with very limited notice.

Perhaps the only hic up was the bus company not telling their drivers of the road closure, although all drivers took it in their stride and joined in the fun and laughed as we were trying to reverse buses.

The old Lloyds Bank has now  been taken and will now become a mobility shop specialising in shoes, slippers, although they will hold everything need to make life easier.  Wheelchairs, Stair lifts, walking frames and mobility scooters.
