Minute Number 010 – Questions from the Public.

 

 

The Mayor reiterated that she would take all the questions first, and then all the answers would be given.

 

Q1) Tony Chapman – Would the Council invite the new Police and Crime Commissioner to come and explain what he is doing about the rising crime and vandalism in Brightlingsea?

 

A1) Councillor J Chapman replied that she had e-mailed out today, and also to PC Dan Heard, to ask whether he or his Sergeant will come and speak with the Council to discuss what can be done about all the crimes currently going on in the town. The Mayor replied that the Tendring District Council Scrutiny Committee are waiting for a date to meet with the new PCC.
