COUNCIL MEETING – 15TH JUNE 2016

Minute Number 042 – Questions from the Public.

The Mayor reiterated that she would take all the questions first, and then all the answers would be given.

Q1) Richard Price – Attended the meeting on the proposed new Power Station at Bradwell. If it goes ahead this will be huge. Apparently the first point of contact is the Borough or District Council. How much information can we get from Tendring District Council?

A1) Councillor V Chapman replied that she has spoken to Catherine Boyer-Besant at Tendring District Council who are monitoring the situation. Unfortunately I am unable to attend the next Emergency Plan meeting but I will asked her again about it.

Q2) Colin Olivier – Are we going to have a report on the swimming pool at this meeting?

A2) The Mayor replied yes, a report will be given later in the meeting.
