Minute Number 115 – Questions from the Public.

Q1) Is the emergency plan available for the public to view, as well as Councillors?  Councillor Howard replied yes.  Councillor Chapman mentioned that it does contain contact numbers for various workforce, and this should be taken out before the public view the document.

Q2) I note in the CCC Report for the Western Promenade that Model Boat Club wish to use the toilets outside the lido.  I do hope they will be making a donation to the lido for this use?  Councillor Howard replied that they have been using these toilets in the past, for some time.  Councillor Barry said that he will look into this.

Q3) Ask the Tendring District Councillors – When are the consultants going to start re climate change?  Councillor Barry replied that at the last meeting they advised that they have gone out to tender, and he then briefed members on the current situation.
