01 The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason – To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as amended by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. 02 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site plan and location plan; Existing floor plans; Proposed floor plans; Existing elevations; Proposed elevations and Marketing information. Reason – For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning. 03 The integral garage as shown on the approved plan proposed floor plans shall be retained for parking provision and not be converted to living accommodation without prior written consent obtained by the means of a planning application. Reason – To minimise off-site parking in the interest of the convenience and safety of highway users in accordance with Policy TR7 of the adopted Local Plan and Policy LP 4 d. of the emerging Local Plan. |
