The next Planning Committee Meeting was scheduled to be held on Thursday 2nd April 2020. However due to Covid-19, no meetings of the town council are taking place. The Council believes strongly that the public should be able to continue to make appropriate comments on planning applications which are referred to them by Tendring District Council and, on rare occasions, Essex County Council.

Proposal: Outline application for access only to be considered at this stage with all other matters to be reserved for a detached dwelling
