Application No: CC/TEN/114/20 – Demolition of the existing caretakers house and modular store. The erection of a two-storey standalone building comprising 12 classrooms and associated ancillary accommodation to accommodate an additional 300 pupils. The construction of an external corridor to the existing school, entrance canopy and associated refurbishment works to create a 1500 place secondary school within a sixth form – The Colne Community School, Church Road, Brightlingsea
