The Minutes of the meeting held on the 14th October 2020 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

059. TO MAKE RECOMMENDAIONS IN RESPECT OF PLANNING APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED TO TENDRING DISTRICT COUNCIL UP TO AND INCLUDING 29TH OCTOBER 2020:

(3) The Town Council were disappointed that the trading hours were not listed on the application.

060. TO MAKE RECOMMENDAIONS IN RESPECT OF PLANNING APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED TO ESSEX COUNTY COUNCIL UP TO AND INCLUDING 29TH OCTOBER 2020:

Application No: CC/TEN/114/20 – Demolition of the existing caretakers house and modular store.  The erection of a two-storey standalone building comprising 12 classrooms and associated ancillary accommodation to accommodate an additional 300 pupils.  The construction of an external corridor to the existing school, entrance canopy and associated refurbishment works to create a 1500 place secondary school within a sixth form – The Colne Community School, Church Road, Brightlingsea

Brightlingsea Town Council supports this application.
