020. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE:  Councillor M Barry.

021. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 9th JULY 2020:

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 9th July 2020 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

022. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS:

The Chairman reminded Members to declare interests when necessary.

023. TO MAKE RECOMMENDAIONS IN RESPECT OF PLANNING APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED TO TENDRING DISTRICT COUNCIL UP TO AND INCLUDING 23RD JULY 2020:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

Councillor Carr declared an interest in the following item:

Application No: 20/00769/FUL – Continued use of an agricultural building and associated land as a workshop – Lower Farm, Lower Farm Lane, Brightlingsea

After discussion it was agreed that: (1) The application be deferred to the next meeting (scheduled for 6.8.20) and (2) A site meeting is arranged.

Application No: 20/00850/FUL – Proposed first floor rear extension, balcony and minor alterations to allow for new windows and doors – Furze Mead Cottage, Lower Park Road, Brightlingsea
