066. TO MAKE RECOMMENDAIONS IN RESPECT OF THE FOLLOWING PREMISES LICENSE APPLICATION MADE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003:
Application No: 20/00554/PREMGR – Premises License Grant – Coach House Coffee Shop, Waterside, Brightlingsea
This application was discussed, and members felt that clarification was needed from Tendring District Council on the following:-
- Sale of alcohol on and off the premises – Is this an off license arrangement?
- Performance of live music – Is this inside or outside the premises?
Once the information has been received, the application will be re-discussed at the next planning meeting, scheduled for 26th November 2020.
