  1. 023. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 14TH AUGUST 2019:

 

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 14th August 2019 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

 

The following update was given:-

 

  • Draft Environmental Policy – A ‘first draft ‘ Environmental Policy had been circulated to all members of the planning committee. Any feedback or comments are to be sent to Councillor Smith and/or the Town Clerk.
  • Neighbourhood Planning – An ‘action plan’ update of the 2011 Town Plan is to be circulated to all members of the planning committee.
  • Additional Recycling Sites – An update was given. It was agreed to write to the schools to ask about siting bins on their premises, and also to ask Councillor Beckett about the possibility of recycling bins at the Church.
  • Electric points for cars – Town Clerk to be asked for an update.
