100. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 28TH JANUARY 2021:

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 28th January 2021 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

102. TO MAKE RECOMMENDAIONS IN RESPECT OF PLANNING APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED TO TENDRING DISTRICT COUNCIL UP TO AND INCLUDING 11TH FEBRUARY 2021:

103. TO MAKE FURTHER RECOMMENDAIONS IN RESPECT OF THE AMENDED PLAN(S) RECEIVED FOR THE FOLLOIWNG APPLICATION:

Councillor Chapman declared an interest in the following item, left the meeting and took no part in any discussion:

Application No: 20/01106/OUT – Demolition of stables and erection of 3 no. dwellings with access parking – Land to the West of Folkards Lane,  Brightlingsea

Members discussed the amended plans, and acknowledged that there is already planning permission for one dwelling on this land.  They then agreed that their original comments still stand, as follows:-
