Object Support ✓Neutral
✓Makes observations on the application – Brightlingsea Town Council fully considered the application and documents relating to it but fundamentally there is a lack of information in allowing us to either support or refuse the application. For example we consider the EIA to be weak, we also consider that there is no independent verification of the navigation issues, which are obviously controversial.
