  Object Support   Neutral

Reason for comment:

Makes observations on the application – This is a community asset as well as religious.  The provision of W.C. and kitchenette must be supported and we would presume the architect, who no doubt specialises in this type of work, concluded this is to be the best option.  Although this is an ‘add on’ it does not alter the overall structure of the Grade 1 listed building.

  Object Support   Neutral

Reason for comment:

Makes observations on the application – Brightlingsea Town Council would support the Tree Officer’s (Clive Dawson) comments.  It would greatly facilitate matters if a plan showing the locations of the actual trees was included, particularly in this case as there were numerous other trees in close proximity. We would request this for any future tree works we are asked to comment on.
