93. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 23RD FEBRUARY 2012:

The Minutes of the 9th February 2012 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

94. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:
 
Councillor Block declared a prejudicial interest and Councillor Dixon declared a persona interest in application number 12/00057/FUL.

95. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

Councillor Block declared a prejudicial interest on 12/00057/FUL, made a statement and left the meeting whilst discussion took place.
Councillor Dixon declared a personal interest on 12/00057/FUL.

12/00057/FUL – To install a factory built covered seating area for 100 people – Brightlingsea United Football Club, North Road, Brightlingsea 
Strongly Recommend Approval

12/00148/FUL – Demolition of existing industrial shed and erection of new building for the manufacture of boats – 80 Copperas Road, Shipyard Estate, Brightlingsea 
Recommend Approval, it will be an improvement on what is there now

12/00197/FUL – Single storey flat roof rear extension –  12 George Avenue, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval

12/00178/FUL – Part demolition of existing building, erection of rear extension, alterations to existing roof to provide first floor accommodation – 40 Seaview Road, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval

The question of dangerous Pot Holes was brought to the attention of the meeting and remedial suggestions were made.

96. CLOSE OF MEETING:

There being no further business to discuss the Meeting closed at 7.45 p.m.
