98. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 8TH MARCH 2012:

The Minutes of the 8th March 2012 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

99. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS: 
 
Councillor Chapman and Dixon both declared a personal interest in application CC/TEN/13/12.

100. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

12/00249/TELCOM – Erection of 6m high telemetry aerial, kiosk and ancillary works – Land off Mill Street, Brightlingsea
No objection but we feel we should have been advised what the purpose of the application is as a matter of courtesy

CC/TEN/13/12 – The continued use of a classbase for a temporary period until 31st August 2017 without compliance with condition 2 9time limit) attached to planning permission ref CC/TEN/12/10 – Brightlingsea Junior School, Eastern Road, Brightlingsea
Recommend approval
