616. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 22ND DECEMBER 2010:

The Minutes of the 22nd December 2010 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

617. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:
 
None were declared.

618. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

10/01436/FUL  Arima, 13 Queen Street, Brightlingsea – Proposed Car Port
Recommend Approval

Members then spoke about the letter received from Tendring District Council concerning the appeal by Mr & Mrs Elsey, re application number 10/01199/FUL.  It was agreed that a letter would be sent to the Secretary of State, as with the previous application.

There being no further business to discuss the Meeting closed at 7.50 p.m.
