566. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 22ND JULY 2010:

The Minutes of the 22nd July 2010 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

568. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

All councillors declared a personal interest in the following item
 
10/00676/FUL / 10/00677/LBC Mr Jeremy Soames, The Kings Head P.H, 41 Victoria Place & 1 Queen Street, Brightlingsea  –  Change of use at 1 Queen Street CO7 0PH.  Conversion of workshop to kitchen at 41 Victoria Place CO7 0HL (The Kings Head).
Recommend approval for change of use and conversion.
 
CllrJ Russell declared a personal interest in the following item 
 
10/00832/FUL / 10/00833/LBC Ms Cyndie Dally, 19, 21 – 23 High Street, Brightlingsea   –   Proposed change of use from wine bar with ancillary accommodation to retail, launderette and ancillary accommodation (launderette proposed for the rear of the ground floor). Proposed reinstatement of entrance, shop window and rear windows.  Proposed insertion of internal dividing walls.  Proposed extractor units to rear part of premises.
Recommend approval for change of use and other proposals.
