  1. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 19TH FEBRUARY 2015:

 

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 19th February 2015 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

 

  1. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS:

 

None received.

 

  1. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

 

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

 

15/00166/FUL – Replacement and upgrade of existing public telephone kiosk with kiosk combining public telephone service and ATM service – Opposite 52 Victoria Place, Brightlingsea

Brightlingsea Town Council considers this a good idea in principle but is in a vulnerable position and where several ATM’s are already. Gandergoose Green had a telephone box and is a more secure and a more suitable site

 

15/00197/FUL – Removal of existing demountable classroom & construction of new double classroom – Brightlingsea Infant School, Eastern Road, Brightlingsea

Brightlingsea Town Council is delighted that the County have at last applied and heartily support the application

 

15/00227/FUL – Proposed single storey extension and retention of two garden sheds. (resubmission of approval 14/00854/FUL change of facing material form cladding to brickwork to match existing house) – 8 Oysters Reach, Brightlingsea

Recommend Approval
