510. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 18TH FEBRUARY 2010:

The Minutes of the 18th February 2010 be approved as a true record of the meeting.

511. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:
 
None were declared.
  
512. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

10/00101/FUL 22 Edward Avenue, Brightlingsea – Demolition of existing single storey flat roofed extension and erection of new single storey pitched roof extension.
Recommend Approval

Councillors G Steady and J Russell declared a prejudicial interest in the following item and left the meeting.  Cllr D Dixon declared a personal interest in the following item.

10/00182/FUL 16 Regent Road, Brightlingsea – To demolish garden wall and replace with a wooden feather board fence with concrete posts and gravel boards.
No objection to this proposal but the Material is considered not sufficiently robust.

10/00099/FUL 157 Tower Street, Brightlingsea – Re-surfacing of existing parking and yard to 157 Tower Street.  Construction of new facing brick wall beside footpath and insertion of a new gate into fencing between 155 and 157 Tower Street
Recommend Approval
