004. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

12/00517/FUL –  Removal of existing and erection of single storey side extension – 44 Ladysmith Avenue, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council would like clarification and more details particularly on the windows.  If minded to approve the windows on the south side to be non-opening with opaque glass.

12/00513/FUL –  Demolition of rear conservatory and erection of single storey flat roof extension.  (Extension of time on previously approved 09/00556/FUL)
Recommend Approval

12/00466/FUL –  Construction of 12 dwelling retirement village and replacement vicarage (following demolition of existing vicarage and church centre) – The Vicarage, Richard Avenue, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council object to this application due to over-development, access/egress dangers, lack of car parking.  Why is this development for retirement homes – family homes (4-6) instead – more are needed.

005. CLOSE OF MEETING:

There being no further business to discuss the Meeting closed at 8.00 p.m.
