43. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 19TH SEPTEMBER 2013:
The Minutes of the meeting held on the 19th September 2013 were approved as a true record of the meeting.
44. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS:
None were declared.
45. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
13/00987/FUL – Proposed detached dwelling – 12 Pertwee Close, Brightlingsea
Notwithstanding the Town Council’s response at its meeting on the 19/09/13, the Town Council have received further information that was not available on that day. In view of the fact that this application involves land that was part of the ‘Water Tower’ site 10/00743/FUL which was given consent with conditions. This application is not in compliance with condition 3 and 5 which is the landscaped amenity land for the water site. The Town Council recommends refusal as these conditions have a significant impact on the amenities of the residents.
