062. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 15TH NOVEMBER 2012:
The Minutes of the 15th November 2012 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

None were declared.

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
12/01205/FUL – Proposed Conservatory – 4 Chapel Mews, Chapel Road, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval
12/01226/FUL – Proposed single storey extension to form kitchen; proposed two storey extension to form lounge and bedroom – 84 New Street, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval
Councillor Russell joined the meeting
12/01276/FUL and 12/01277/LBC – Proposed single strorey extension and replacement of 5 No sash windows to rear of property – East End Green Farm, East End Green, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval for both – a very good scheme
ESS/60/12/TEN – Continuation of importation of as – raised aggregate for processing at Brightlingsea Quarry until 31 July 2005 without complying with Condition 1 (application details) and Condition 4 (Restoration Details) attached to planning permission ESS/28/03/TEN to allow for an amended restoration scheme to be completed by 31 January 2026 – Brightlingsea Quarry, Moverons Lane, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council has no further comment to make on this application

065. TO DETERMINE THE COUNCILS RESPONSE TO THE TENDRING DISTRICT LOCAL PLAN: PROPOSED SUBMISSION DRAFT (2012):
The Town Council is of the same opinion previously given in the two earlier consultations that BRI1, BRI2 and BRI3 are achievable, sustainable and the area for BRI2 is appropriate.
