The Minutes of the meeting held on the 15th May 2014 were approved as a true record of the meeting.
003. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS:
None were declared.
004. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
14/00564/FUL – Change of use from part A1 shops / C3 dwelling houses to wholly C3 dwelling houses to 33 Waterside Brightlingsea and application to divide 33 Waterside into two number dwellings – 33 Waterside, Brightlingsea
14/00599/FUL – Proposed pitch roof over existing single storey rear extension to facilitate extra room space within room. Renewal of planning application 10/01051/FUL – 28 Maltings Road, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council can see no planning reason to turn this application down
ESS/20/14/TEN – Replacement of existing workshop building with a new workshop and office building – Eastern Waste Disposal, Morses Lane, Industrial Estate, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval – an improvement on what is there at present.
