656. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 14TH APRIL 2011:

The Minutes of the 14th April 2011 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

657. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:

658. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

11/00446/FUL Construction of new disabled accessible ramp to the front of the property in accordance with part M of the Building Regulations – 64 Tower Street, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval
 
11/00464/FUL Proposed two storey rear extension – 73 Colne Road, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval – an improvement on what is there now

11/00253/FUL 1 x 12m Galvanised pole with 3 security cameras.  The pole will be on a 1m2 concrete base.  A dog bin will have to be moved to a location nearby –Promenade Way, Nr. Swimming Pool, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council makes no comment as it is its own application

11/00348/LBC Installation of non-illuminated stainless steel text to front elevation, like for like.  Installation of 2x non-illuminated wall mounted aluminium panel signs to front elevation.  Installation of 1x non-illuminated wall mounted aluminium panel sign to r/h/s/ elevation – 73 High Street, Brightlingsea
