The Town Council can find no reason to refuse on planning grounds but would look unfavourably should there be any future development in that area
14/01653/FUL – Proposed extension to form lounge, bedroom and shower/wc, – 7 Bayard Avenue, Brightlingsea
14/01694/FUL – Side extension – 55 Lower Park Road, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council consider this is overdevelopment
- TO DISCUSS THE LETTER RECEIVED CONCERNING 73/73A HIGH STREET, BRIGHTLINGSEA – 14/01155/FUL:
A letter to be drafted and sent to them from the committee and a copy filed with the Minutes.
