2. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 28TH APRIL 2011:

The Minutes of the 28th April 2011 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

11/00452/FUL – 2 The Grove, Church Road, Brightlingsea – New conservatory
Recommend Refusal on the grounds of street scene, it does not fit in and is totally out of keeping.  Brightlingsea Town Council propose that they put the conservatory on the back.  Ward member to represent the Town Council if officers are mindful for approval.
 
11/00518/TCA – Osbornes Court, Victoria Place, Brightlingsea – 1 No. Silver Birch – rear courtyard – fell
Brightlingsea Town Council make no comment – leave this to the tree officer, Clive Dawson

Brightlingsea Town Council have no objection to the extension but concerns over the balcony overlooking neighbours
