601. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 11TH NOVEMBER 2010:
The Minutes of the 11th November 2010 are approved as a true record of the meeting.
602. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:

603. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
Councillor Dixon declared a Prejudicial Interest in the following item
10/01267/FUL 6 Church Road, Brightlingsea – Proposed loft conversion to facilitate additional bedroom, including new window to gable
Brightlingsea Town Council has no objection
10/01271/OUT Land to the rear of 121-127 Sydney Street, Brightlingsea – Residential development (up to 37 units) and associated access, car parking, amenity space and landscaping (extension of time on previously approved 07/00084/OUT)
Brightlingsea Town Council has concerns that there will be adequate off street parking provision when the full application is put in. Also we believe that the narrow nature of Sydney Street and Ophir Road would make for traffic problems. Tower Street access would have less of an impact – we suggest an arch way access.
10/01297/FUL Rear of 32 Albert Road, Brightlingsea – Erection of 3 bedroom single storey detached dwelling
Brightlingsea Town Council has no objection
Councillor Russell declared a Personal Interest in the following item
10/01099/FUL 12 Dean Street, Brightlingsea – To replace the original rear conservatory with a larger one
Recommend Approval – considered an improvement
