  1. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 11TH JUNE 2015:

 

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 11th June 2015 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

 

  1. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS:

 

None received.

 

  1. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

 

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

 

15/00812/LUEX – Use of site as constructional engineering, fabricating and welding (Class B2) – 126 New Street, Brightlingsea

This application was noted

 

15/00833/FUL – Proposed cartlodge with store, workshop, hobby room and first floor games room/home office with new access gates and walls – Mill Farm, Hurst Green, Brightlingsea

Recommend Approval

 

  1. TO DISCUSS THE WATERSIDE MARINA PUBLIC CONSULTATION:

 

Members present call for relevant questions in relation to the proposal as shown at the presentation on Tuesday 23rd June 2015 so that they can be put to the Consultants and engineers in order to obtain all the information available. The committee will only consider an application when one is submitted.
