078. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 10TH JANUARY 2013:
The Minutes of the 10th January 2013 were approved as a true record of the meeting.
079. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS:
None were declared.
080. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
12/00828/FUL – Proposed development of 13 houses together with car-ports, parking and associated works – Site rear of 121-127 Sydney Street, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval – Brightlingsea Town Council agrees that the Development is good, however would like the garages to become car ports, to avoid further development or other usage of them, and ask that the application goes to TDC Committee to demonstrate democracy and transparency, due to severe parking issues. The Town Council also requests Tendring District Council to put an additional condition that there would be no application for change of use in the future.
Councillor Russell declared a personal interest in the following item:
12/01437/FUL – Erection of 1 no. 3 bedroom dwelling (Variation to Plot 2 of Planning Permission 12/00368.FUL to include new conservatory, additional velux windows and mirror external changes) – Plot 2, Land at George Avenue, Brightlingsea
