022. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 10TH JULY 2014:
The Minutes of the meeting held on the 10th July 2014 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
14/00920/FUL – Installation of ground mounted P.V. solar panels – Colts House, Folkards Lane, Brightlingsea
14/00922/FUL – Change of use from Part A1 shops/C3 dwelling house to wholly C3 dwelling house to 33 Waterside – 33 Waterside, Brightlingsea
Not withstanding recent refusal, the Town Council cannot see any reason for refusal.
Councillor V Chapman declared a personal interest in the following item.
14/00957/FUL – Proposed Conservatory – 85 Colne Road, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council has concerns over parking.
14/00962/ADV – Erection of 3 fascia signs and 1 projecting sign – 16 High Street, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council can find no reason for refusal.
