032.      CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 7TH AUGUST 2014:

 

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 7th August 2014 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

 

033.     DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS:

 

None received.

034.      PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

 

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

 

14/01110/FUL – Proposed first floor extension to form bedroom and en-suite – Willow Lodge, 5 Love Lane, Brightlingsea

Recommend  Approval

 

14/01008/FUL – Creation of a visitor centre at the Tithe barn, Cart Shed, Dairy and adjacent paddock including changes of use to A1, A3, B1, D2 and conference/functions/wedding reception use; Construction of extensions; internal and external alterations and all ancillary works shown on the drawings – The Priory Estate, St Osyth

This application will have no impact on Brightlingsea and the Town Council makes no comment.

 

035.      APPLICATION NUMBER 14/00957/FUL – 85 COLNE ROAD, BRIGHTLINGSEA – CONSERVATORY:

 

Brightlingsea Town Council have noticed one or two discrepancies in location plans recently and request that TDC use current location plans in future.

 

036.      WIND FARM AT GREAT BENTLEY – 14/00932/FUL:

 

The wind farm will have an impact on Brightlingsea and we have had no opportunity to object and it would set a precedent.
