The Minutes of the meeting held on the 7th February 2019 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

Brightlingsea Town Council feels that this applications should be called in, and Councillor Graham Steady will speak to it as Councillor Jayne Chapman knows the applicants too well. The Town Council are surprised that Highways have not made any comment.

Brightlingsea Town Council opposes, as all previous applications in Folkards Lane were. Should Tendring District Council be minded to approve, Brightlingsea Town Council will ask for the application to be called in.

Post meeting note: Subsequently the Town Clerk checked the records and discovered that there had been mixed decisions on the other applications in Folkards Lane.
