Minutes of the Planning Committee held at the Parish Hall, Victoria Place,Brightlingsea, Essex on Thursday 20th August 2009 at 6.30 p.m.

449. APOLOGIES:  Cllr Steady.
   
450. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 6TH AUGUST 2009:

The Minutes of the 6th August 2009 be approved as a true record of the meeting.

451. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:
 
Cllr Dixon and Russell both declared a prejudicial interest in application 09/00817/TCA.
 
452. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

09/00817/TCA St James Church, Victoria Place, Brightlingsea – 1 No Yew – forecourt of  church – lift branches to 4m all round to give clearance, remove higher branches rubbing on  church and remove epicormic growth.
Recommend Approval

09/00839/TCA 4 Victoria Place, Brightlingsea – 2 No. Oak – reduce to previous cutting  points
Recommend Approval

It was agreed that Councillor Holding would represent Brightlingsea Town Council at the Development Control Committee on 25/08/09 with regard to application 09/00638/FUL – Lime Street.
