31. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 18TH AUGUST 2011:
The Minutes of the 18th August 2011 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

None were declared.
33. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
11/00907/FUL – Removal of single storey rear extension and sun room and replacement with a new single storey extension – Linton Springs, Church Road, Brightlingsea
The Town Council has no reason to object
11/00967/FUL – Two storey flat roofed rear extension – 22-24 New Street, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council see no reason to object
11/00977/LBC – Installation of stud walls to create letting rooms – 2 Victoria Place, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council supports this application
11/00990/FUL – Construction of extension to front of house – Linton Springs, Church Road, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council strongly supports this application
11/00995/FUL – Proposed alteration with side single storey garage and garden room extension – 2 Bell Green, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council has no problem with this application
11/01010/FUL – Retention of replacement timber windows and doors to front elevation – The Bargain Store, 3 Victoria Place, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council strongly supports this as the difference was not noticed
Sales of Fish on the Hard – A discussion took place and it was agreed that the Town Council requests Tendring District Council to invite the fisherman or the landlord to submit a planning application.
