  1. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 5TH MARCH 2015:

 

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 5th March 2015 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

 

  1. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

 

15/00273/FUL – Erection of a single storey garden shed/workshop – 16 Lower Park Road, Brightlingsea

Recommend Approval

 

Councillor Russell declared a personal interest in the following application.

 

15/00297/FUL – 1 x CCTV column – Bayard Recreation Ground, Regent Road, Brightlingsea

Brightlingsea Town Council note this application and make no further comment

 

Councillor Mann declared a disclosable pecuniary interest in the following application, took no further part and left the meeting.

 

Councillor Dixon declared a personal interest in the following application.

 

15/00332/FUL – Proposed construction of 4 bedroom two storey house and detached garage – Site to South East Jethen House, Robinson Road, Brightlingsea
