104. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 4TH APRIL 2013:

The Minutes of the 4th April 2013 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

105. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS: 
 
None were declared.

106. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

13/00322/FUL – Removal of existing single storey side extension & summerhouse & construction of a replacement two storey side extension – Kiln Farm, East End Green, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval enthusiastically a great improvement

13/00352/FUL – Proposed extension over existing flat roof area to create a new two bedroom apartment – 47 Victoria Place, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval with extra guttering to take additional rain run off

13/00359/FUL – Rear single storey bedroom extension and internal re-modelling at first floor, including the addition of windows at both ground and first floors – Stronvar Private Rent Home, Church Road, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval, a vast improvement and looks better

13/00367/FUL – Erection of rear extension.  Change of dwelling roof design to mansard style and garage flat roof to pitched roof – 49 Chapel Road, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval

Astralux – Inform the applicant that we looked with interest to their proposals but do not wish to comment at this time and wait for the official application from Tendring District Council.
