515. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 4TH MARCH 2010:

The Minutes of the 4th March 2010 be approved as a true record of the meeting.

516. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:
 
None were declared.
  
517. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

10/00210/FUL Four Corners, Robinson Road, Brightlingsea – Infill front porch.  Side garage (single storey)
No objections 

Cllr Dixon declared a personal interest in the following item

10/00255/FUL 1 High Street, Brightlingsea – Retention of shed/cycle store and replacement windows, new entrance door and retention of minor amendment to extent of breakfast room with revised roof over incorporating first floor balcony
Recommendation: Approval very strongly as this improvement to the property enhances the street scene in keeping with the Conservation Area and it also acts as a screen for the ugly chimney on the Church next door.
