631. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 3RD FEBRUARY 2011:
The Minutes of the 3rd February 2011 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

633. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
10/01471/FUL Sun Inn, 128 New Street, Brightlingsea – Demolition of extensions and garage. Construction of new extensions to the Sun Inn, change of use of ground floor, construction of three new houses, demolition of existing garage and replacement of same, changes to parking area and associated landscape works
Brightlingsea Town Council has concerns with the number of dwellings on the New Street/Colne Road corner and the likely increase in traffic.
11/00077/FUL Hall Works, Church Road, Brightlingsea – Proposed retention of 2 re-locatable buildings for a period of 2 years
