The Minutes of the meeting held on the 3rd May 2018 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

Members were of the view that this should have been done along time ago.

The Tendring District Council Site Visit for application 18/00308/OUT – Marsh Farm Cottage, Stoney Lane, Brightlingsea on the 30th May 2018 at 12 noon, was recorded for members of the planning committee to attend if they wish.

 

Site Visits – Councillor V Chapman apologised that these had slipped but it was agreed that members would meet at 10am on the day of a planning meeting at the first application on the agenda, unless otherwise advised.

 

Prior to the planning meeting, a discussion took place with Honace, regarding their development.

There being no further business to discuss the Meeting closed at 7.00 p.m.
