057. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 1ST NOVEMBER 2012:

The Minutes of the 1st November 2012 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

058. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS:
 
Councillors Dixon and Russell both declared a prejudicial interest in application 12/00466/FUL and left the meeting whilst the application was discussed.

059. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

Councillor V Chapman chaired the meeting for the following application:

12/00466/FUL – Construction of 12 dwelling retirement village and replacement vicarage (following demolition of existing vicarage and church centre) – The Vicarage, Richard Avenue, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council does not wish to make a comment on this application

12/01197/FUL – Construction of a new dwelling with associated car port (following demolition of existing outbuildings) – Land adjoining 31Seaview Road, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval

12/01213/FUL Construction of 2 no. flats with car parking under – Site to south of 141 New Street, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval especially as it would tidy up the area
