470.CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 1ST OCTOBER 2009:

The Minutes of the 1st October 2009 be approved as a true record of the meeting.

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

09/00913/FUL Mr Shreeve, 8-10 High Street, Brightlingsea – Retrospective replacement of two existing windows
Strongly Recommend Approval

09/01022/TCA The Anchor, Waterside, Brightlingsea – 2 No. Silver birch – raise up, 30% reduction. 1 No. Willow – 30% reduction
Recommend Approval

09/01008/FUL Mr Slatterly, 12 Maltings Road, Brightlingsea – Rear extension to existing bungalow forming a new dining/study room and new breakfast area with integral wet room.  New detached single garage to rear
Recommend Approval

09/00954/FUL Mr & Mrs White, 160 Tower Street, Brightlingsea – Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 6 no. 2 bed flats (as previously approved under 04/01156/FUL)
Brightlingsea Town Council has no objection to this application
