The Minutes of the meeting held on the 1st October 2015 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

Application No: 15/01528/OUT – Proposed detached house – Land adjacent 15 Station Road, Brightlingsea
BTC are concerned with the highway implications but look forward to receiving detailed plans in due course.
After some discussion the committee were surprised to receive the following three applications ‘for information only’ regarding garages and access at the marina, as they had not received anything previously. The Clerk is requested to contact Tendring District Council to ask them to furnish the council with more information.

The Town Clerk was instructed to write to Tendring District Council regarding the large, low, for sale board at the NatWest Building.
