The Minutes of the meeting held on the 1st May 2014 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

115.      LETTER FROM TENDRING DISTRICT COUNCIL CONCERNING APPEAL REFERENCE APP/P1560/A/14/2217462 – ERECTION OF 2 NO. DETACHED TWO BEDROOM DWELLINGS WITH ASSOCIATED PARKING FACILITIES – LAND TO THE REAR OF FLORANCE COTTAGES, BACK WATERSIDE LANE, BRIGHTLINGSEA – APPLICATION REFERENCE 13/00285/FUL:

 

A reply to be sent to the Planning Inspectorate as per response on 4/04/13 as follows: Whilst not liking back-land development, we accept that this is probably the best use for this piece of land, under the circumstances.  The development has been well planned, we can, therefore, see no reason to refuse this plan. 

 

Also to include: This is a brown field site.
