007. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 31ST MAY 2012:

The Minutes of the 31st May 2012 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
 
12/00517/FUL –  Removal of existing and erection of single storey side extension – 44 Ladysmith Avenue, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval – an improvement on previous

12/00541/FUL – Erection of extension to side and rear of property – 44 Silcott Street, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval

12/00599/FUL – Removal and replacement of part of shopfront including new ATM.  Infilling loading bay.  New plant on flat roof – 21 Station Road, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval

12/00621/FUL – Erection of conservatory – 27 Red Barn Road, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval

Councillor Edey declared a prejudicial interest in the following application:

12/00624/TCA – 1 No. Spindle tree – fell – 64 High Street, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval

12/00629/NMA – Increase the height of the flat roof to the proposed left hand side extension by 280mm – 5 Whitegate Road, Brightlingsea

The Vice Chair took the chair for the following application:
