520. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 18TH MARCH 2010:

The Minutes of the 18th March 2010 be approved as a true record of the meeting.

521. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:

522. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

10/00312/TCA 11 Wellington Street, Brightlingsea – 1 x Ornamental Cherry Tree – reduce crown by 30%, 1 x Lilac Tree – remove/fell
Recommend Approval

10/00328/TELLIC Morses Lane Industrial Estate, Morses Lane, Brightlingsea – The removal of 3 no. T-Mobile UK Ltd 2g antennas to be replaced with 3 no. T-Mobile UK Ltd 2g/3g antennas.  The installation of 1 no. Flexi BTS unit within the compound.  For the purpose of expanding T-Mobile UK Ltd 2G (third generation) network.
Brightlingsea Town Council has no objections to this application.
