017. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 28TH JUNE 2012:

The Minutes of the 28th June 2012 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

019. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
 
12/00584/FUL Conversion of vacant house (previously used as nursery) to four one bedroom flats and associated two storey extension – 7 Ladysmith Avenue, Brightlingsea
Recommend Refusal.  Overdevelopment – too many dwellings for the site on a busy junction.  Car parking could be hazardous for children.
No provision for refuse bins and very little amenity provision.  New extension better than existing

Councillor Yallop declared a personal interest in the following application

12/00660/FUL Erection of outbuilding (retrospective application) – 63 Bellfield Avenue, Brightlingsea
No objection but not happy about retrospective.

12/00696/NMA Revised floor layout with additional porch and front corner window – 2 Bell Green, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval

12/00702/FUL Variation of condition 02 of planning permission 11/00585/FUL to substitute drawing number 601/03E for 601/03F to take account of amendments to Plots 1 & 2, namely creation of first floor study and changes to first floor windows – 128 New Street, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval
